Casa Kitus
About this stay
This is the residential side of Montelimar rather than the museum quarter, a street where the neighbourhood minisuper a minute away does more trade than any restaurant and the evening noise is dogs and passing scooters rather than traffic. The house is small and the price is at the bottom of the range for the whole district, with a rating of nine out of ten from thirty guests. Nothing is bundled: the listing carries no breakfast, no pool and no air conditioning, which in the Central Valley matters less than it would at sea level because the nights cool down on their own. Deli Top is a seven-minute walk for food. The Children's Museum is eight minutes by taxi and the airport twenty-nine, which is quicker than most of the downtown hotels manage.
